TVXQ ranks 1st on Oricon Weekly chart for 11 times... first time for foreign artist
TVXQ ranked 1st on Oricon daily chart with new single album 'ANDROID' and also ranked 1st on Oricon weekly chart.
It is the 11th time for TVXQ to rank top on Oricon weekly chart, and the accumulated number of album sales exceeded 3.1 million. Oricon said, "TVXQ ranked 1st on Oricon weekly single chart with the sales of 152 thousand in the week the album was released. It made their accumulated sales exceed 3.1 million. The previous record of duo Carpenters was 3 million and TVXQ broke it in 10 years as a foreign group."
Also, TVXQ has broken their own record of ranking 1st on weekly chart 10 times.
